Our retreat offers a compassionate and safe environment for personal growth, with therapeutic ketamine sessions guided by our professional medical team. Financial Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while also maintaining the integrity of our retreat planning. Please review our financial policy carefully before registering:

All payments are non-refundable. Once you reserve your spot, your payment secures your space and covers non-recoverable costs we incur on your behalf.

In the case of a documented emergency (such as a serious illness, family emergency, or natural disaster), you may request a full credit toward a future retreat. All requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.

Emergency credits must be used within 12 months of the originally scheduled retreat date.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you notify us in writing and receive confirmation.
